Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused cookware in its original packaging, ensuring all lids, accessories, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
